Post harvest management

Management of all such activities which are performed immediately after harvest is considered Post-harvest management. It includes grading, cleaning, handling, packing, storing, marketing and transportation. Both physical and environmental conditions are maintained to avoid rodents, insects, microorganisms, etc.
