They seek to manage their farmers, farmlands, field technicians, and tobacco procurement comprehensively. Currently, they utilize Grower Management System & Farmer Procurement System, which they intend to replace with TraceX’s solution. This application will serve as both a farmer management system and procurement & processing system for tobacco, establishing a unified source of truth for their produce.

Single Stage Procurement was configured for high-volume, tobacco leaf allowing agents to capture weight, price, and grade in one go using a mobile app.
Two Stage Procurement was used for high-value, export-oriented tobacco leaf . Field agents captured weight and grade at the farm gate. Price was assigned later based on centralized quality validation and buyer rate approval.
